Description:- Two pack glass reinforced polyester
resin formed into a mould while liquid and on completion of the reaction,
sets very hard and smooth. Due to very smooth nature of surface and release
agents, extremely thorough preparation required. Often Solprep, sand well and
Solprep works well but success is dependent totally on level of preparation
prior to first coat.

Area of Use:- Architectural
decorative castings, small trailer boats above water line. For all other
situations, refer to Technical Service.

Substrate Preparation:- Thoroughly wash with
SOLVER Line 4510 Solprep Degreaser, sand well to flatten off ALL gloss.
Repeat and apply undercoat.
|

Water Based Recommendation:- Nil recommended
|

can be coated using SOLVER Line 4156 Brite-Glo Enamel with SOLVER
Line 4298
Dry Add mixed at the recommended proportions if a more durable coating is
required.
For a
sprayed finish, SOLVER Line 4629 Fast Dry Metal Primer and SOLVER
Line 4777
Supergloss and SOLVER Line 4298 Dry Add can be used as an alternative.
