SUBSTRATE:- Corrugated Steel

Description:- Galvanized or Zincalume steel formed into a series of concave and convex shapes in various lengths.

Area of Use:- Used as roofing or fencing sheeting.

Substrate Preparation:- Degrease with SOLVER Line 4510 Solprep Degreaser, and roughen surface with abrasive paper, then dust off. On aged rusty material, remove as much surface rust as possible, prepare as above, apply 1 coat of SOLVER Line 4106 Galva-Link Primer and then a further 2 coats of SOLVER Line 4120 Zinc Phosphate Anti-Corrosive Primer. In many instances of severely rusted roofs, it is more economical and effective for a long term result to replace the roofing material. Contact Technical Service for specific recommendations.
