SUBSTRATE:- Cement Render (see Bagged Concrete & Rough Cast)

Description:- Sand and cement mixture used as a coating over masonry substrate.

Area of Use:- Exterior walls.

Substrate Preparation:- Allow new unpainted surfaces to cure and dry for at least 12 weeks. Fill any imperfections with an appropriate patching material. On previously painted surfaces remove loose and flaking paint and fill surface imperfection. Clean down thoroughly. Kill any mould or fungus with SOLVER Line 4651 Sterilizing Wall-Wash. Treat any efflorescence with 15% calcium chloride solution. Spot prime bare areas with finish.
