SUBSTRATE:- Brick -
Exterior

Description:- Clay formed by extrusion into
required shape and then baked at very high temperatures to solidify. Cream
coloured bricks may be affected by Vanadium staining (green) which must be
sealed with SOLVER Line 4129 Wall-Sealer prior to painting.

Area of Use:- Exterior
walls.
|
|
Substrate Preparation:- Mortar should be cured for at least
4 weeks.
Structures must be dry and
must be clean and free from dust, dirt, grease, oil, powdery mortar smears,
or any other loose or friable matter.
Make good any cracks or surface imperfections with appropriate filling
and patching materials.
Where
unpainted surfaces have been allowed to weather, any mould or fungal growth
must be killed and removed with SOLVER Line 4651 Sterilizing Wall-Wash used
as directed.

Note: For optimal results the use of a water based acrylic undercoat is
recommended.
If a clear
coat is required, SOLVER Line 4842 Polysol Exterior Gloss must be used as a
four coat system.
Two coats.
If a clear finish is required, use SOLVER Line 4652 Silicone Water
Repellent.
