Solver Brite Glo Scenic Fluorescent Flat Acrylic is a flat acrylic water based paint in brilliant
fluorescent colours, designed for general use wherever fluorescent highlighting
or decoration is required. Fluorescent colours work by collecting incoming
light and U.V. and converting it into light of their specific colour, so
they appear brighter than their surroundings. Fluorescent colours are very
transparent and work by light passing through the film. Therefore they need
to be applied over a white background to achieve the desired effect.
